Food & Beverages

MEDICAL CENTER CATERING orders will include all necessary utensils & condiments in quantities consistent with your order.  We will return to pick up non-disposable equipment ONLY at specified time & location.  China & linen service can be provided for an additional fee.

SEARLE CENTER BANQUETS will provide linen & china service unliess client requests otherwise.  Orders for The Searle Center will be discussed with your event coordinator at the time of your room confirmation.  Guarantee, deposit, payment & cancellation are included in the room reservation policies form.


MEDICAL CENTER CATERING will make every effort to accomodate last minute orders.  Please give us 72 hours notice for all catering orders.  All of our food is prepared to order; therefore cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to a scheduled delivery.  Cancellations less than 72 hours notice will be charged 50% of the proposed event cost & cancellations less than 48 hours notice will be charged 100% of the proposed event cost.  A $75 small group fee will be charged to groups/events that do not meet the per guest minimum on all hot buffets & plated selections.


MEDICAL CENTER CATEING service hours are from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. weekdays with a minimum $50 order.  Saturday deliveries require a $100 minimum order.  Our catering attendants will set up your order at the requested location.  Deliveries outside of our delivery area are subject to an additonal delivery charge depending on location.


We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Duke Procurement cards & department cost center codes.
