Because of the volume of email inquiries we receive, we have taken the liberty of posting some of our most frequently asked questions regarding our services at the University of Michigan Health System.

- What type of payment is accepted at the cafeteria? We accept cash, Entry-Plus and Entry-Exempt cards, guest and inpatient meal-tickets, and gift certificates at the cafeteria registers. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card.
- How can I arrange to have catering brought to my conference room? Aramark has a full-service catering operation called Classic Fare Catering. You can pick up menus at the cafeteria or call 734-936-5991 for more information. You can also click on Classic Fare Catering at this website. Catering can be billed in a variety of ways, including P-Cards, short codes, and credit cards.
- What healthy options are available at the cafeteria? Our culinary staff takes great pride in providing you not only with the freshest ingredients, but with recipes that will fit your diet. Ask a member of our staff to help you select food options which are specifically geared toward healthy lifestyles.
- Your staff is very helpful! How can I let management know when someone has gone the extra mile? We always like to hear when our staff has given you exceptional service! These employees are recognized and rewarded for their hard work. Please let us know via email or by completing a comment card, located in the cafeteria seating area.
